Bearing sleeve on pedal, replace

Remove clutch or brake pedal

Pedals with press fit bearing sleeves, identified by sleeve protruding from guides.

Press out old bushings.

Remove spacer from between bushings.

Install one bushing, grease and install spacer and install second bushing.

Pedals with injection molded bearing sleeve, bushing not visible on outside of pedal

If bushing is worn, replace pedal

If pedal movement is difficult, bushing can be reamed to 14.2 + 0.1mm (0.559 + 0.004")

Lubricate bushing with grease before installation.
