Clutch pedal remove and install

Remove lower left dash panel

Remove return spring from brake pedal and clutch pedal.

CAUTION: Do not mix up pedal return springs, they are of different rates.

Remove eccentric pivot coupling clutch pedal to master cylinder push rod.

Unscrew nut on pedal pivot shaft and slide shaft out to left.

Remove clutch pedal

Ensure correct seating of clutch pedal over center spring if fitted.

Lubricate eccentric bolt for master cylinder push rod with Molykote LongTerm 2 or equivalent molybdenum grease.

Adjust clutch pedal

Nut on pedal pivot shaft : 27 Nm ( 20 ft lbs.)
Clutch master eccentric : 22 -24 Nm (16 - 17 ft lbs.)
