Screw in both rubber stops completely. After hood
is adjusted, these are to be screwed out until the hood rest on them with slight pressure
when closed.
Horizontal adjustment :
Loosen bolts on both sides of the hinge at the hood.
Close and align hood between fenders. Gaps should be even and equal.
Vertical adjustment :
Loosen bolts on sides of hinges, at radiator support.
Adjust front hood height by raising or lowering the hinge at the front
bolt. Hinge pivots on rear bolt.
Adjust so that closed hood is approximately 1mm below the fenders.
Rear height adjustment :
Loosen bolts on rear catches. Raise or lower catch until hood is level
with fenders at the rear.
Rear guide adjustment :
Loosen bolts on rear guides mounted to hood
Adjust guides horizontal
position until guides slide easily into catch.
