Peel back rubber boot from wiring at A pillar, squeeze tabs and pull out
connector.
Unscrew 10mm bolts in hinge pins (white arrow). Do not touch bolts on
hinge plates (red arrows) unless adjusting door position.
10mm bolts are located in each
hinge pin, with head facing up on lower hinge and down on upper hinge..
Remove rubber cap from door stop, remove circlip and knock out pin.
Push door stop arm into door to prevent accidental damage to door or pillar if door is
closed while stop is disconnected.
Lift door off hinges.
CAUTION: Door is heavy.
If door was correctly aligned before removal, there is no need
for adjustment after installation. If a different door is used, adjustment
will be required.
You may also wish to replace the hinge bushings
while the door is off.
