Steering column knuckle, replace.
| Remove 13mm nut and bolt from knuckle at rack. |

| Remove 13mm nut and bolt from top of knuckle. |
 |
| Pry knuckle up on off the rack, then down and off the column. |

Installation:

| Ensure clamp is located on shaft so that bolt hole is lined up with groove
in shaft for bolt. |
|
| With steering straight ahead, mark on plastic cap of rack input shaft will
line up with cast boss in side of rack. |
 |
Torques
Knuckle clamps : 22 Nm (15 ft lbs.)
Steering wheel : 80 Nm (58 ft lbs.)
