Individual headlight, remove and install,
All:

| Remove 3 clips from top edge of plastic grille.(green arrows) Remove 2 screws from
lower edge, one inboard by kidney grille, the other out under the low beam light.(white
arrows) |

Non Ellipsoid:
|
|
| Remove 3 small Phillips screws from retaining ring around light. |
 |
| Remove ring and light, unplug light. |
|
| Ensure correct orientation of light when installing, most lights are marked with
"top" and have locating lugs on the rear which fit into matching recesses in the
housing. |
|
| There is no need to adjust the lights after performing this
procedure provided none of the adjusting screws have been moved. |
|
|
|
Ellipsoid lights:
|
|
| Locate the 3 plastic retaining clips around the light and heat them with a heat gun or
hair dryer. Pop the light off the clips. It is recommended to have three new clips
on hand as they often do not survive removal. |
 |
| To install, place the clips on the ball pins first, then pop the light onto the clips. |
|
| There is no need to adjust the lights after performing this
procedure provided none of the ball pins have been turned. |
