Disconnect lining sensor on left front or right rear calipers.
Break loose torque on flexible brake line at caliper, do not attempt to
unscrew the hose.
Use a 14mm line wrench to prevent stripping wrench surface on line.
Remove the two 7mm Allen bolt slide pins behind rubber boots
with plastic caps.
Lift caliper off , remove pads and unscrew caliper from brake
hose.
Installation
Screw new caliper onto flexible hose and mount to bracket.
Open bleed valve with 7mm box wrench, 6 point wrench or socket
is better than a 12 point or open end wrench as bleed valves often stick and are easily
rounded off and damaged, and leave it until fluid begins to dribble out.
Have someone press pedal to the floor, slowly, and close bleed
valve. Provided the brake pedal has not been touched other than this one time, the caliper
should now be bled. If pedal does not feel right, or brake pedal was operated while system
was open, you may need to fully bleed the brakes.
