Power steering pump, rebuildRemove pump DisassemblyMark position of holder and body halves to each other, remove the 4 bolts and separate the pump halves. Remove the face plate from the front section. Push rotor down on shaft and remove circlip. Remove rotor and impellers and slide shaft out of body. AssemblyLubricate all components with fresh ATF Replace seal in nose of housing with lip facing in Place grease between sealing lip and dust lip of seal Guide shaft into pump body and install impeller / rotor assembly with circlip recess of
rotor facing up. Impellers must be installed so that rounded side faces the outside. Replace seal with wide edge facing down in guide of face plate. Install face plate on dowel pins. Replace housing O ring TorquesHousing bolts : 16 - 19 Nm (12 - 13 ft lbs.)
