Expansion tank remove and install
| Remove cap from expansion tank |

| Drain radiator. If radiator is not equipped with a drain plug, remove
lower hose. Catch coolant in a suitable clean container, re-use or dispose of at an
approved recycling center. |

| Remove wiring connector from level sender and unscrew 30mm retaining nut.
(green arrow) Remove overflow hose (blue arrow) and bypass hose (red arrow)
Remove the two mounting nuts (yellow arrows) |

| Lift up expansion tank and remove feed hose. |
 |
Installation
Take care not to exert pressure on nipple for overflow hose, it is easily broken.
Torques
Mounting bolts for expansion tank : 9 Nm ( 6.5 ft lbs.)
Level sensor 3.5 Nm (2.5 ft lbs. )
Radiator drain plug : 3 Nm ( 2 ft lbs.)
